Afghan authorities have cited the proliferation of unregistered mosques and madrassas (Islamic religious schools) as a cause of radicalization in the country. The Afghan government requires mosques to register with the Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Education. Nonetheless, only 50,000 of the country’s estimated 160,000 mosques are registered.
This is no surprise. There has long been a problem with the preaching of jihad in Afghan schools, and in those in neighboring Pakistan also. A 2015 study by the Afghanistan Research and Evaluation Unit turned up “extensive activity” by jihadist groups in schools; groups including Hizb ut-Tahrir, Jamiat-e-Islah, and Tehrik-e-Islami.
“A seven-year campaign led by French troops, the deployment of hundreds of US special forces, massive aid for local militaries and a billion dollar-a-year United Nations peacekeeping operation have been unable to decisively weaken the multiple overlapping insurgencies in the region and security has continued to deteriorate.”
Islamic jihadis in Muslim countries hate tourists, who are often visiting sites of jahiliyya, the pre-Islamic society of unbelievers. And if they’re visiting Muslim sites, they’re trampling them down under their Infidel feet. Either way, they’re not welcome.
Breitbart reported on December 24, 2017 that “areas of Bradford, England, are No Go Zones for certain ethnic groups and the city is “heading toward disaster,” councillors have warned, citing attacks on a synagogue and white businesses in ‘A
The Bishops' Conference of Nigeria described the area as "killing fields", like the ones the Khmer Rouge created in Cambodia to exterminate the population.
"We are Aramaic people and we don't have this right to have anyone protect us? Look upon us as frogs, we'll accept that -- just protect us so we can stay in our land". — Nicodemus Daoud Sharaf, the Syrian Orthodox Archbishop of Mosul the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan, home to many of the Christians who fled jihadis, National Catholic Register, April 7, 2017.
If the roles were reversed here, and Christians had murdered a Muslim imam for refusing to convert to Christianity, although such a murder would never happen and should never happen, there would be screaming international headlines.
“If you’re one man and there’s a million kuffar (unbelievers), you are free to fight them, if your intentions are clear, you’re fighting for the pleasure of Allah. And if you die that’s completely fine, it’s even more virtuous, you know. The weapons are a must, these firearms, it’s a 100%… just make sure you have clips, Akhi (‘brother’), you have enough clips, know what I’m saying.”
“The attacks in Diiso, Saretho and Kamuthe were all preceded by credible information and intelligence from the public but the county security teams did not act as required.” Why not? Either cowardice, which is pandemic these days, or sympathy for the jihadis.
THE response to the assassination of Qasem Soleimani has revealed just how depraved the Quisling tendencies of the Left are. It has also shown how weak our establishment is in standing up to the Islamists among us who mourn for this monster.
“Those who targeted innocents in a mosque can never be true Muslim,” said Major General Asif Ghafoor.
As if, Asif. That’s why they were targeted. The people in the mosque were murdered because the murderer thought they were not true Muslims. If Major General Asif Ghafoor really wants to get to the heart of this problem, he must address the Sharia death penalty for heretics.
Of course he is getting a psychiatric evaluation. French authorities have long ago decided that all manifestations of Islam-inspired violence really stem from “mental illness.” Mental health professionals, never ask themselves why so many mentally ill people decide that they must do violence in the name of Islam and in accord with its teachings, when we do not see corresponding violent acts from mentally ill people of other religions.
Imagine the embarrassment of British authorities when they discover that sentiments of this kind are mainstream, not the property of a “fringe element” within Islamic communities in the UK. But by then it is likely to be far too late.
“My constituency is in the heart of middle Britain and I’m sure people living there will think that by using the legal aid system in this way he is abusing the hospitality, protection and privileges of this country.” Yeah. The entire British political class seems to have gone insane. I myself am banned from the country for the crime of noting that Islam has doctrines mandating violence against unbelievers, but British authorities clearly want this bloodthirsty jihadi in the country. Well, they will all march together into the glorious multicultural future.
Australia has just arrested a number of arsonists who are accused of setting the wildfires that are ravaging the country. Could they have anything to do with the fact that jihadis have identified setting fires as a tool of jihad?
The Somali terrorist group al-Shabab overran a US military air base in Kenya on Sunday, killing several people. The group's bold offensive shows it is recovering after suffering high casualties from US drone strikes.
“The victims are believed to have been targeted at random and a motive has not yet been established.” Yeah, it’s a real mystery. In other news, a large number of Japanese planes bombed Pearl Harbor. President Roosevelt said the pilots’ motives were unclear, and cautioned against Japanophobia.
It is worth noting that the published statements made in the past few days by the Fatah group in the Gaza Strip are almost entirely consistent with the Hamas ideology [of replacing Israel with an Islamic state through violent jihad (holy war)].
"We will continue the struggle until the liberation of the entire Palestine lands from the filth of the Zionist occupation." – Fatah, Kataeb Shuhada Al-Aqsa - Liwa' Al-Shaheed Nidal Al-Amoudi, November 13, 2019.
What Tariq A. Al Maeena doesn’t explain is how the Islamic State and al-Qaeda to misinterpret all those hadiths, and why so many other groups do as well, and why they all misunderstand Islam in the same way.“Time to fight Islamophobia,” by Tariq A. Al Maeena, Gulf News, December 28, 2019:
While the world suffers from Jihadist violence, Muslims in particular suffer the most causalities in sectarian wars incited by the Islamist Jihadist ideology.
And yet, even almost two decades after 9/11, Muslim nations continue to be in denial. Islamist ideology based on the Islamic theology of consensus is absolved of any responsibility for violent extremism.
The result is that Muslim children continue to be taught in madrasas Islam supremacism and contempt for other religions. Even explicitly violent passages have not yet been weeded out from text books.
The terrorism it generates takes many shapes. If Hindu, Sikh and Christian girls are abducted and forcibly converted to Islam in Pakistan, this too essentially comes from contempt for other religions taught in religious seminaries. In several countries including Pakistan, some Muslims do not wait for courts to pass judgements to punish those they consider guilty.
Clearly we Muslims need to rethink some basic features of our theology. Success of jihadism lies in the fact that, at its core, the jihadi theology is not very different from the consensus theology of all other schools of Islamic thought. For instance, jihadists are able to misuse the intolerant, xenophobic, war-time verses of the holy Quran, as Muslims believe that all verses, regardless of the context, are of universal applicability. Indeed, the Islamic theology of consensus, taught in all madrasas, says that Quran is uncreated, meaning that it is just an aspect of God; and so, divine like God Himself.
"You have this absurd situation where the scheme is set up to help Syrian refugees and the people most in need, Christians who have been 'genocided,' they can't even get into the U.N. camps to get the food. If you enter and say I am a Christian or convert, the Muslim U.N. guards will block you [from] getting in... and even threaten you..." — Paul Diamond, British Human Rights Lawyer, CBN News, December 4, 2019.
Why do I say “Muslims” did this when it was “Boko Haram”? Because Boko Haram is a Muslim group that is acting on Islamic principles as it understands those principles when it carries out attacks such as this one. The establishment media does all it can to obscure the motivating ideology behind such attacks. I don’t.
